When Avocado Oil is Applied to Skin

Can avocado oil overtake coconut oil? Experts seem to think that in certain areas Avocado Oil provides benefits few other oil can provide.

Avocado Oil is best used on the skin as a daily moisturizer. It is able to penetrate deeply into the epidermis layers and lock moisture into the skin.  Avocado oil has a low comedogenic rating and will not clog the pores or leave an oily residue.

Avocado oil is also a very effective nighttime treatment to use on the face and skin to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The high vitamin A helps increase cell turnover. Avocado oil also has a high sterolin content. Sterolins are compounds that are anti-inflammatory to help heal sun damage and age spots, as well as skin conditions such as blemishes and eczema.
