1. Use 1 tbsp (or more, depends on your preference). You can do oil pulling can use as part of your morning routine or before going to bed. Some people prefer to use it the first thing in the morning before brushing the teeth or drinking anything. But this is not mandatory. 
   
   
2. Start swishing the oil around in your mouth for 5 minutes, and gradually build up to 15-20 minutes.
   
   
3. Spit out oil into trash, don't use the sink, it can cloak the pipes, and immediately rinse your mouth with warm water, and if you like brush your teeth as normal.
   
   
4. Notice how much healthier, cleaner your teeth and gums already feel... Repeat the process for 14 or 28 straight days and make it to your daily oral care routine.
   
   
5. Keep up oil pulling for at least 3 times per week to get all the benefits from it.
   

NOTE
Coconut oil solidifies below 76 degrees. If the oil should have become solid just keep the bottle at room temperature or place for some minutes into warm water. You will see it liquifies fast.
